The Bushes are one of the elite families that are different from us. Their children were taught about the family tree as if they family were sacred; they are taught they are special relative to normal people. In other words, "They" got a totally different education/program then normal people; thus "They" ended up being the rulers.

Their programing put them on a path in life to be rulers at any cost. "They" didn't care about anything but being rulers. "They" also taught their children about the sacred family. And the cycle goes on. Jeb Bush will probably be our next president.
