The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) was discriminating against Black farmers.

There was a settlement. The Feds payed 94,000 plaintiffs; well there were only 33,000 Black farmers at the time (under Clinton).

And hundreds of Black farmers still have not been paid to this day.

You suppose your Fed government paid the wrong folks by accident?

This is a case that I heard on the radio. Then started looking things up, and of course there is not two sources that tell it the same.
